On the palate, it's velvety and luscious, highlighting a flavorful, long-lasting finish that allows you to savor the lightly charred oak where the Pedro Ximénez cask prevails.

Silver

Tasting notes

Water-white color; bright and polished. On the nose, light vanilla and fresh apricot. On the palate, woody herbs, soft nuts; almonds and marzipan. It has a smooth, aromatic, and delicate flavor.

Añejo

Tasting notes

Golden color with brilliant amber reflections. On the nose, it's intense with aromas of dried fruits, particularly highlighting toasted hazelnuts, over a fruity and sweet background that evokes jam, mango with glimpses of borojo, orange, and nutmeg. On the palate, it presents an intense attack with a dry evolution, featuring mouth flavors reminiscent of dried fruits and vanilla.

Maturation

7 years.

Consumption

On the rocks or in high-end cocktails. Its warm finish in the mouth generates a pleasure that awakens the senses.

Extra Añejo

Tasting notes

Bright coppery amber color. On the nose, complex, with aromas of vanilla, bay leaf over a caramel background, peach, and orange. It presents an intense attack with a dry evolution, featuring mouth flavors reminiscent of dried fruits and vanilla. Spicy. On the palate, it's powerful, sweet, viscous with a creamy texture, featuring mouth flavors that recall integrated and elegant caramel honey vanilla.

Maturation

Aged for 10 years in oak. Finished for 6 months in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and Amontillado sherry casks.

Consumption

Due to its extremely high quality, it is recommended to be consumed in a balloon glass, either neat or on the rocks.

Don Miguel Oloroso

Tasting notes

Dark amber color. On the nose, its aromas are warm and rounded, and as its name suggests, they are complex and powerful. Pronounced aromas of dried nuts. On the palate, it is flavorful and very structured. Powerful, rounded, and full-bodied. It leaves a long presence in the mouth and an aftertaste of complex aromas where the Oloroso cask prevails.

Maturation

Aged for 10 years in oak, finished for 6 months in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and Amontillado sherry casks.

Consumption

Canchánchara is a Cuban cocktail with rum, honey, and lemon. Ingredients: 2 oz of Ron San Miguel Gold, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1 oz of honey, ice, and a lemon slice or mint for garnish.
